GSI Outdoors is built on a reputation for providing high-quality products, and we proudly stand behind our design and craftsmanship. We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for their lifetime, as long as you are the original purchaser and use the product as intended. - Does this match what we already show under our warranty section of the website?
What’s covered?
Any defects in materials and workmanship over the product's lifetime that affect functionality and performance. GSI Outdoors reserves the right to determine the use of this policy.
What’s not covered?
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, color fading, and corrosion.
- Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or accidental damage.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
- Products acquired from unauthorized dealers or aftermarket sources.
If your gear doesn’t qualify for warranty replacement, we may offer replacement parts at a small cost. Shipping fees apply.
What if I didn’t purchase my GSI Outdoors item from GSIoutdoors.com?
If you purchased your product from a retailer, we recommend contacting them first for assistance. If the retailer is unable to help, we may be able to offer a replacement item of the same or lesser value, if it meets our warranty guidelines. We are unable to offer cash refunds for items not purchased directly from our website.

If you believe your product is defective, email a completed Warranty Return Form along with the following pictures to warranty@gsioutdoors.zendesk.com:
