GSI OUTDOORS has built itself on its reputation of providing high-quality products and we proudly stand behind our design and craftsmanship. Our goal is to bring you the best camping cookware on the planet, but we realize that every now and then something isn’t quite up to our standards. We stand behind all GSI Outdoors products and guarantee them to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product as long as you are the original purchaser and use the products as intended.
What’s covered?
Any defects in materials and workmanship over the lifetime of the product that affect functionality and performance. GSI Outdoors reserves the right to make the determination as to the use of this policy.
What’s not covered?
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear over the lifetime of the product. Normal wear and tear includes but not limited to scratches, abrasions, scuffing, accidents, color fading, corrosion, modifications, rust, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. If we determine your gear does not fall under warranty, when possible, GSI Outdoors will offer parts at a small cost. Shipping costs apply.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accidental damage, or neglect outside of GSI Outdoors’ written instructions and guidelines included with the purchase of each product. Cosmetic damage incurred during normal usage that does not affect the functionality or performance of the product is not covered.
Warranty does not cover products acquired from unauthorized dealers and aftermarket sources — such as online auction sites, liquidators, consignment shops, private sellers, sales samples, promotional products, and final sale/warehouse sales.
What if I didn't purchase my GSI Outdoors item from GSIOutdoors.com?
If you purchased your product directly from our website, we are happy to offer the necessary parts to repair. If it is not possible to remedy the issue with a part replacement, we can offer you a replacement, if we determine that it meets our warranty guidelines.
If you did not purchase your item directly from our website, we are happy to offer the necessary parts to repair if we determine that it meets our warranty guidelines. Otherwise, we ask that you contact the original retailer of your purchase to quickly resolve the issue. In most cases, the retailer will be able to assist you with a refund or a replacement.
If the retailer is unable to help you and parts cannot fix the issue, we can offer you a replacement item of the same or less value, if we determine that it meets our warranty guidelines. We are unable to offer a cash refund for items not purchased directly on gsioutdoors.com

If you believe your product is defective, please email a completed Warranty Return Form located at the bottom of page to warranty@gsioutdoors.zendesk.com along with the following pictures:

- Defective area

Although our products are of the highest quality, on occasion there may be something that breaks or gets lost. We’d rather you fix it than have it end up in a landfill.
