Return Policy

You may return unused item(s) purchased at gsioutdoors.com within 30 days from the date of the order for a full refund. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service department for a return authorization prior to returning any items.

Please note that we do not refund original shipping charges and do not currently offer prepaid return shipping labels.

Refunds may take up to three weeks to process due to shipping and bank processing times. Exchanges are not available. GSI Outdoors cannot issue credit for items lost during return shipping if proof of tracking is unavailable. Please ensure you keep your tracking information.

Warranty Policy

GSI Outdoors products are covered by a lifetime warranty against material and workmanship defects. Products found to be defective will be supplied with replacement parts if possible or replaced at our discretion. GSI Outdoors reserves the right to determine the use of this policy.
