2. Strengthening Supplier Partnerships and Chemical Management

We are working closely with our suppliers to implement a comprehensive chemical management chain of custody and testing process. This initiative includes:

• Evaluating and adopting sustainable PFAS-free alternatives.
• Tracking raw materials to ensure compliance with state and federal sustainability regulations.
• Implementing a restricted substances list and verifying compliance through rigorous testing and certification processes.

3. Industry Collaboration and Expertise Sharing

The outdoor industry has a long history of working together to drive innovation and catalyze change. As part of our PFAS phase-out strategy, we actively participate in the Outdoor Industry Association (OIA) Clean Chemistry and Materials Coalition, leveraging the expertise of legal advisors, laboratories, consultants, and fellow outdoor brands. By working together, we can accelerate the transition to PFAS-free materials and create a broader industry impact.
